It's hard to find any business or governmental entity, no matter how small, which isn't heavily dependent on some sort of computing infrastructure.  Many of those organizations, however, can't justify an in-house IT department to handle computing tasks, at least those more complicated than cabling up the PCs and networking them to a router and modem.  Those organizations can often get into situations where the pieces of their computing world "don't play well with each other" and they resort to hand transcription of numbers out of one spreadsheet and into another application, or they keep 11 spreadsheets going in order to track the various aspects of their business.  The computing resources are being used, but they could be used a lot more productively.

That's where I come in.  I will travel to your job site, sit across from you at your desk, and take requirements for your custom project.  I've provide programming solutions for business and government for a variety of computing tasks such as:  custom databases, Crystal Reports, and system integration/data flow automation between disparate computing components.  I have a diverse background, in both the Unix and Windows arenas, as well as experience in the varieties of scripting, batching, and networking tools available on each.
